The testing and people working in the back are good. But the folks running the front desk are rude and need to learn how to work with humans. they cannot be nice and polite they should not be customer facing. If they want the check in line to be outside they need to have signs and clear instructions rather than shouting at customers.

I’ve been here twice, both times staff was rude. They tried to tell me butterfly needles were the same as the ones they have (which both times they were out of butterfly needles ), and the phlebotomists that I’ve had in the past were incompetent. Both times I was stuck multiple times because yes, my veins are small, and they roll. Also left with bruises and both spoke over me. Unfortunately I have rare diseases and often have blood draws. It seems they did not respect me or the nurses I work with on a regular basis.

Random people walk in the door and wander around because the receptionist doesn't welcome anyone in. She told one woman she couldn't check the price because she would have to cancel the entire order and it would be hard. I declined urine test because I couldn't produce and maked an exasperated sigh, slumped her whole body back in her chair saying she'd have to update the computer. So basically she complained she had to do her job. The electronic check in have completely eroded peoples already poor social skills. I remember back in the day, aka yesterday, when people would say hello when you walked in the door. Let's be honest they can get paid 500 plus per order, certainly they can teach customer service?

Our 2.5 yo toddler went in for a blood test and an adult sized collection tube was used. The blood flow was too slow and didn’t fill up the entire tube. The collected blood had to be discarded and blood to be re-collected all over again. We were only informed at that point of the difference between adult sized v.s. pediatric collection tubes, and that they had to use adult-sized tubes if not instructed otherwise, even if the test was ordered by a pediatrician for a toddler patient. “We do not provide consulting” said a senior white male front desk staff to the technician who brought to his attention the apparent discrepancy she first noticed while checking us in.
