Ridiculous that you can’t even speak to someone that is at the actual store. Their pizza is better but it is bar none one of the worst customers service experience’s you will ever have. Someone needs to get a hold of it before it all crashes

Ordered pizza last night trying 2 give dominos some redemption. But my last couple of orders has been barley warm. And takes over an hour. Well last night I called after the app said my pizza was done 30 mins prior and the guy informs me it may be another 15 to 20 mins before they have a driver. I arrived at the store 4 mins, after and picked my food up. I requested my tip back, and was told without the card they could not give my tip back. Ok whatever. Eat cold pizza , paid 56.00 This was all around 10pm . At 11:30 I received a text saying Courtney left the store with my food. Even though I already picked it up prior. Worst service. And I will not be eating dominos again. 56.00 wasted

Worst experience ever. Delivery driver was rude. Had a attitude and a acted like it was a waste of her time to do this and then ASKED for a bigger tip. Then you can't call the store to talk to a human. It's all automated and when you do talk to a human it's a guy in Afghanistan that can't speak English. The girl who delivers in a silver or grey Chevy 4 door car needs to be fired. If you see her be prepared for a bad attitude and bad experience. Will never order from them again unless they actually have humans on the phone. And when they reply here and ask you to email them they do nothing. They lie on here to look like they will do something but no one replies. This review will be ignored like all the others on here.

I filed a complaint through Domino's corporate website on January 2nd of this year. I received an automated e-mail response stating that the Domino’s Customer Support team will make sure my comments are directed appropriately. Maybe my comments were directed appropriately. I have no way of knowing. I was expecting some form of follow up communication. I never received any further communication (Dominos had my contact info). However, I did start getting e-mails for current Domino’s deals/promos. I wasn't looking for any deep discounts or free stuff. So, now I’m here………I had to choose a one-star review rating because zero stars is not offered as an option. Here’s my Zero-star experience: The evening of January 1st I placed an order with Domino's for delivery from the Middle Valley/Lakesite TN store. I received an e-mail letting me know it would be an hour and a half. No problem. An hour and fifty-eight minutes later I receive a call from Domino's telling me they couldn't deliver my order due to bad weather and concern for driver safety, but I could come pick my order up. Really!! I was shocked. I believe I spoke with Chris. If the weather had actually been bad enough to compromise driver safety, I would have been completely understanding. There were some thunderstorms moving through at the time, but it was mostly mild to light rain with some periods of heavy rain. I’m 100% certain they had not completely stopped making deliveries. Make that 1,000%. Not 10 minutes before the call from Domino's, Papa John's delivered to my neighbor. During the worst of the rain a Marco's driver came up the road. While on the phone with Chris I cancelled the Domino's order and called Pizza Hut. Not what I really wanted, but..……...order to delivery, 35 minutes. Wow!!! Kudos to Pizza Hut. I gave the Pizza Hut driver the $20 tip I was going to give to the Domino’s driver. I don't know the real reason Domino's chose not to make the delivery, but it certainly wasn't because of the weather. How very, very unprofessional!!! I’m more than certain the franchise owner does not condone his employees operating in this manner, but it is what it is.

Call ahead order curbside pickup call when you arrive. As soon as your order is complete roll down the window and tell them where you want them to place your order. Touch free from person to person employees have always been wearing mash and gloves anytime we've done curbside pick up. I think it works very well. Good job to our local Domino's crew, and good job to Domino's corporate for coming up with a great work around during the pandemic. Oh yeah and the 🍕 Pizza is darn good too!
I live in Soddy and they deliver here. You could call, or maybe put your location on their website and it should let you know too.
