Highly recommended! I found them online when trying to find a place that restrings racquetball racquets. I called and spoke with Cate and she was like the most helpful person ever - helped me determine what string to use, tension, etc as I knew nothing about that. Shipped the racquet to them and got it back a few days later, looking awesome. Sent them another racquet too a week or two later and just got it back. See accompanying photo. I bought a pair of pickleball shoes. Wore them around the house and they felt great. Tore up my feet after less than 10 minutes of playing. They wouldn't do a thing for me. I'm a runner and every place I've ever purchased running shoes from will let you exchange them if they don't feel right. Most places even encourage you to get a few runs in with them so you can be sure you like them. Bell was more interested in being able to resell the shoes vs having a happy customer.
