Lovely evening in a perfectly beautiful setting. Cool breeze. Traffic very slow, parking very limited. Rather amazing for boating, swimming, water sports and family.

Wonderful campground close to Chattanooga. We stayed for 4 nights to visit the area and are already planning a trip back just for the campground.. We were very fortunate that our 36' camper with 3 slides fit in our site just fine. Some of the sites are super small. We had site 149 right next to the bath house. The site had plenty of shade and area for the kids to play and hang out hammocks. Ever where you look you can see the lake and deer so you have great views.

Considering we had to wait In our car to check in, we waited and waited. Then it was like we interrupted the ladies nap. The bathhouse was in extremely poor condition WITH NO HOT WATER in our area. They should not assume everyone uses their showers In their RV. It is very difficult to find sites, with no posting with site numbers. I'm just saying with all the requirements needed to camp there, they should math the emenities. Four days, never saw one Park Ranger or camp host. Unless they were congregated at the office. Fishing was great. That's about it.

Very nice park for the families. There is a sand beach and children playground and also a lot of possibilities for water sports.
