1230pm they start food service at 1100 is yet now our food and coffee is barely room temperature. It's better choice of food here just please do better with food temperatures. I can't afford to have illnesses right now. Covid era.

I go here because this location sells Mello Yello ZERO. In general, it has been my oft observation the teens at the registers lack personality of any kind (unless rude and uncaring counts)...zero customer service skills, zero people skills. Every time I go to this particular location, I feel like I'm shopping amongst zombies. The Big Hixson Pike store in HIXSON is SO MUCH friendlier, happier, kinder, and grateful for our family patronage. I get the feeling folks hate working at this grocery store in the Dallas Bay / Lakeside Area. The store offers many options, but the general lack of kindness, manners, gratefulness for our family's business - makes me think even a stop for MelloYello Zero is not worth the time and effort. I wish I could say something flattering, but I cannot. Not even remotely impressed... Wish I could be... Always hopeful people will at least attempt to be kind and helpful...
