Employees are not friendly, food/tea is not consistent. Had to throw away my chicken that I waited extra time for in the parking lot because it was like leather. I was on a short break so didnt have time to go back around and wait more extra time.

The food was good as well as fresh! The team member that worked the drive-thru window was visibly unhappy, and acted like I shouldn't have been there. That kinda sucked, but like I said the food made up for it. I hope that persons day got better.

One poor visit, I let pass - so shame on me. Two poor visits, same location, weeks apart, shame on you. The first visit among several to hear you don’t have baked potatoes prepared and would take time to cook. It happens often. We waited in drive thru. Asked for butter and sour cream separate. Time we get home, we didn’t have either of the condiments. Dry potato. Not gonna go all way back when rest of meal is ready to be eaten. 2nd visit, purchased meal and was asked “curly fries or crinkle”? I asked for crinkle. Also purchased salad, potato, and other sandwich. After asking drive thru attendant if we got everything, and she said yes…. Still got home, NO FRIES. I was furious. Still, didn’t call and make a fuss. Added potato chips to my meal at home. I wonder why drive thru workers hate to be questioned if everything is there on my order. This is why. To be as remote as you are, importance off getting the basics order correct should be a no brainer. The drive thru attendant or somebody should be checking for correctness. Consumers are paying for these items and they must take steps to guarantee it’s all in the bag! Not rocket science.
