I love this place! They have always treated my pups as their own and they always come back looking and smelling great. They don’t try to push any unnecessary grooming treatments on you either, which I definitely appreciate. And the bandanas are a cute touch!

Never going back here. Five hours for a grooming appointment is way too long. Even though you schedule an appointment, there are several dogs in that same time slot. They are running around unsupervised until it’s their turn. My sister brought my dog for her 11:00 am appointment. After four hours of not hearing anything from the salon, she became nervous, drove there, and was told “I haven’t gotten to her yet.” She was told that my dog could be rushed and to give her half an hour. She said this business was very hectic with dogs barking and she wanted to take my dog and run from there without her being completed. I wish she had because my dog was exhausted for two days and had diarrhea when she got home.

I was looking for a much needed grooming appointment for my maltipoo but was looking at wait times of at least 3 weeks due to the busy holidays. I was lucky to come across Platinum Pooch and they were able to squeeze me in within a week. Not only are the prices incredibly reasonable but they had my little guy looking like an absolute cutie! The groomers are extremely professional and give you recommendations on how to care for your pup at home depending on their breed. I will definitelty be returning!
