Hours say they open at 9am but at 10:15am the door was locked and it was dark inside even though the “open” sign was on. Glad I didn’t place my order online because there was clearly no one there to make it.

trash. the girl had no customer service skills and didn't even greet us. made the wrong size smoothie, and when we let her know, she ignored us. I get it, she was probably busy and didn't want to deal with HER OWN mistake, but seriously? I'll never come to this location again, and I'll think twice about returning to Pulp in general. robeks gained a customer today.

Worker did not speak to us throughout the entire process. Gave me the wrong size drink and when I informed her, she turned her back on me and ignored me. Never coming back

Everyone is required to wear masks. There is a window that seperates employees and customers. After you order you cannot stand near ordering space, you must stand where tables used to be to wait for order. They are doing a great job, I've not been disappointed any time I've visited.
Never had an issue with that and I am there at 7am most days.
