Ace Taxi used to be my go to service for getting to/from Cleveland Hopkins airport for many years, but not anymore. The last 2 trips I was charged alot more than I was quoted for the trip, and charged extra fees. So now I use Lyft.

We called at 10 AM for a mini van to pick us up at 4 PM to take us to the airport. We were waiting outside on our porch, luggages all laid out and ready to be put in the car. We made a deal with the driver that we’d be outside and ready when they arrive. The driver never showed up, so we called the company to ask what had happened. They told us that they had called. We missed their call because we were waiting for a ride, not a Zoom meeting. We told them we were waiting for them, only for them to tell us they were at the location we designated for pick-up. However, they never were there, as we were waiting there the entire time and there was no car in sight. Luckily our neighbor helped us out, but I would definitely not recommend this service, as they don’t keep their word.

I needed a late pickup (2:00 AM) from Cleveland Airport and my driver Allen was waiting right at the luggage area. Got me to my hotel quickly and courteously.

Requested a cab and they called to confirm within five minutes and my driver was there in 15 minutes. I had a pretty long drive and they got me to work on time. Car was clean and my driver Rubin was friendly. If you're in the Cleveland area and need a taxi I highly recommend them.
