This is the best ATF anywhere! And I've been to lots of them all over - Ohio, Michigan, Alabama Indiana Kentucky Tennessee Canada Europe Mexico etc, so I should know. Biggest ATF out there with great selection of equipment, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a clean, bright, safe facility. If you're looking for a gym to join, look no further - this is the one!

It is a nice little gym at Lakewood. I moved here a month ago and I have been going here regularly. Equipment are nice and clean, well maintained and the bathroom is clean. You have enough options on the machines so you don't have to wait if someone is using any particular machine. The area is big enough to accommodate weight lifting, cardio and warm ups. 5/5 because of friendly staff.

When i joined it was 75 for first month, key fob and start up fee. Was put on a one year contract where you can month to month cancel no penalty after. Prices change all the time but $35 monthly is a good number to be ready to pay
