Bad customer Service (LATRINA) a Lady was so mean and rude. Was giving a bad attitude to the Manager and to us. Refused to check us out. Me and the manager talked and she was very understanding and told us she was going to talk to her. You guys need to do more than that. The manager was very shocked how she was acting. Customer of 10 years of membership. I would suggest the Managers and store directors to look into LATRINA Employee. There was another guy working that he took off he's name tag and told us " you are not my customer" Everyone is he's customer. Customer service is the Key to keep that store going!!!

This place is out of control. Friday afternoon everybody in rush to go back to their restaurant. The line is a mile long there is only 2 cashiers manager is not around when they need to ask something and waiting time gets longer. We love the place but we do not want to be punished to bring our business here.

Terrible customer service for receiving (truckers beware) the guy running the warehouse is a little guy with napoleon complex. Had me wait 4 hours just to get a door for 2 small pallets of 48 pieces. They could’ve been offloaded and counted in 10 minutes. Yet I’m still here waiting. Absolutely fu*k this place
