The last two times I went shopping at Ruler Foods, there were customers in the store who did not wear masks. At the cashier, they did not observe 6ft distance. I asked to talk with a manager, who was masked, and he said that wearing masks was not a law. Kroger has signs at the front door indicating that masks are required, but there is no enforcement. Do not go shopping to Kroger if you are concerned about being infected by COVID-19. I will not shop at Ruler Foods any more.

Did not like my experience at this grocery store. Poor selection, not enough cashiers so lines were longer than they needed to be, but worse was witnessing some patrons being loud and obnoxious, just acting trashy. They also don’t accept American Express. What grocery store in 2020 doesn’t accept a major credit card? The Valu Check was of much higher quality and better-mannered shoppers. It’s a shame it permanently closed. Will be going to County Market in the future!
