I used there carwash.As I was stated the chain very that moves the car forward pulled me in.then shut down. I couldn't go forward or backward Tried finding the phone number for the store. Couldn't find it l. After 30 minutes the guy from the store came and reset it I feel like that they should have offered free cars wash.
