BlueStar mobile home park is in nice clean friendly little mobile home park. tucked away at the end of the street not a bunch of people around you .right at the bottom of Lopez Canyon very nice

Like the New Manager Dorothy absolutely sweet while maintaining rules of Blue Star MHP.. But not like it used to be when we 1st moved in Gate hasn't worked in over 10 yrs, garbage area is undiscrivable, parties in driveways, dirty streets & still RENT CONTINUES TO GO UP UP & AWAY ....Also they might as well call it El Pueblo Mobile Home Park considering who they're selling to. So will be selling next year....

Streets are dirty, and a lot of things dont look to be working as they should. People in the Office are so mean, and the park Dora not look nice anymore, but rent is going up and up...

It depends on the reason why you are asking this question?
As Yasmine indicated, much depends on the size of the home and in some cases what the current owner is paying. This might also be negotiable on a case by case basis. There are some web sites floating around that compare rates to other mobile home parks (I have found them over the years but don't have a specific url on the top of my head) Hope that helps.
