Terrible service. When the pizza got called in, the guy on the phone was very rude..we should’ve just hung up. Also he said they’d get back to us shortly about our order..(which they never did) making it sound like if they want to make our pizza they will Then it took 2 1/2 hours to get it, we called to just check the status of the pizza (at the two hour mark), and again the guy was very rude and said you’re lucky yours even got made before others. Still waited 30 minutes for it to come after the call… Instead of delivering to us they call for us to come get it from them… and it was pure cold like it was sitting out for over 30 minutes. I understand busy times and things but to be rude twice just isn’t okay. We gave you business just to be treated like garbage. I would not recommend

Ordered 2 pizzas with a coupon that they sent out to us last month. When I called back to question the price the the driver quoted, I was told they weren't able to honor the coupon - he told me "I'd be fired if I honored it". I questioned him on that, too. I paid around $36 + tip for a $25.99 pizza. It's disappointing that they won't honor their own coupons. Not likely to be ordering again, nor recommending them to anyone else.

Notachance

Third time every trying deeks, first time ever getting it for myself. Other two times were for work events and at the time I thought it was delicious. Ordered a pizza online and picked it up no more then 5 minutes after the time it told me it would be ready. The people lingering outside and the building looked questionable and the inside looked worse but I gave it as shot. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way, barely enough to make a line to see where to tear it. It was already cold because they have them in bags instead of a warmer. Crust was extremely hard with no flavor, sauce was bland, cheese wasn’t much better. Guy inside was friendly enough but that’s about all this place has going for it. hard to believe I paid $16 for a pepperoni pizza and it was that bad, I’d rather have a frozen one from the store or dominos. If you vote for this as the best pizza in fargo you should go outside and lick the sidewalk or a tree, I’m sure you’ll find them equally delicious.

The staff at this store are the true quality ingredient. I called with a gift card question and got a clear answer right away. After I submitted my online order they even called me to ask if I really wanted no sauce on one side and I had mistakenly put on my order. My pizza was a split pain in the butt and they made it perfectly. Can you say that about any chain pizza place? Don't think so. Thanks Deeks!
