I've got to know a couple of the staff so it's always great to be there besides just for the parts ect. Cool people are half the reason I'll go anywhere 😎

I stopped by to buy some cleaning supplies and towels for my car, the store guy was talking to someone and showing him something, and I was in the line waiting for 12 minutes and didn’t even say a word, or I will be with you soon, he did not even look at me. Then I had to return all stuff back into where I picked them up and leave the store to AutoZone in Moorhead. Zero customer service experience.

We’ve been to AutoZone on University quite a bit lately. Evan has provided excellent recommendations and service on our vehicles. I was having trouble with my headlights and he ordered bulbs that have really improved seeing for night driving. Evan is happy to do his job and enjoys the auto repair industry, so he was kind and cheerful about service on every occasion. We really appreciate his great attitude and knowledge. Kudos, Evan and colleagues!

Always great service from the staff here. Not once have I been left to wander aimlessly looking for a product as their staff have promptly asked if I have any questions or need assistance with in minutes of walking in the building.

They will do both wipers and bulbs but you would have to buy them there. For faster service I would recommend not going during peak hours. Keep in mind, though, they won't do all cars and trucks. If it is fairly simple, like on a 2000 Chevy pickup or a 1998 Ford Taurus, then they'll do it. If it is a sophisticated procedure then they may not. Remember, they are a retail store and not all of them are highly paid mechanics. Best to call ahead first. Hope this helps you. 🙂
