If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I were super stoked to go to this store this morning. It was all we could talk about, we had been highly recommended by a friend. Walked in and were greeted with a "do you have a mask" considering there's no longer mandates the answers was a no. She not so nicely told us that that it was fine she had them behind the desk. We both put them on and she proceeded to to correct us on how to wear them. I asked if there was a mandate that I didn't know about and was answered with "in my store there is unless you can prove that your vaccinated." In which a "customer" approach us to also push her political opinions on us. After a few awkward moments of silence we decided to simply leave. After taking sometime to get over the anxiety attack we were both dealing with we agreed on going to Barns and Noble. We would have much rather gave our money to the small local shop but if your going to push your beliefs on me atleast do it nicely. Will not be returning.

RUN, do not walk fast from this place!!!!! The lady was so RUDE!!!! I was purchasing a stack of books two feet high, and she kept me waiting at the counter for a solid 10 minutes while she proceeded to meticulously reorganize the two small shelves I had browsed( I did not leave them disheveled at all) I had to ask several times for her to please check me out as I was pressed for time. She scolded me and told me it was my fault I didn’t leave the shelf neat, at which point I would have left the $40 worth of books and walked out, except they were for my granddaughter. I felt like I had violated her personal private library and like an unwanted criminal in spite of being one of her big customers that morning. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a small store and the selection changes daily. The price of the books are always low. I come in here at least once a week to see what has come in.

Very rude owner, i felt belittled by her demeanor. I will not be returning. Also opon leaving she felt compelled to left me with a very snide remark as if i were homeless. after i spend a lot of money on her books she gets for free!!!! and sells for PROFIT! Maybe after she treats enough people with disrespect and indifference she will finally realize she herself is problem with her poor reputation in the community she benefits from so shamelessly.... 😢
