My wife and myself placed an order for boneless wings, and we asked for our flavors. We received bone-in wings, with the incorrect flavors. My wife asked for lemonade and the server was paying so little attention he said "You're welcome" and she didn't get her lemonade. All of this activity of course was really slow. It took a long time for our food to come out. Not all Buffalo Wild Wings are like this, but this place is a no go. There was only one other couple there, so no, they weren't over worked.

Ordered $110 worth of wings half bone-in and other half boneless. The boneless was a joke it was like refried chicken nuggets very hard and dry I didn't eat for fear they would literally break my teeth had like 3 and it just didn't taste right the bone-in bbq seemed to be really good but mixed it with the teriyaki that was ordered and seemed to be undercooked for the teriyaki as if they were prepared separately and thrown in the same box with no way of knowing which was with the undercooked batch the bone-in garlic parmesan was good but noticed a few had these spiral things which we seemed to find only on a few of the flats and when we called to talk to the manager the first time she had no clue what they were and asked to send pictures to their email and that they were starting the refund process after a week and no refund we called the second time to speak to "another" manager that would only be able to refund part of the order which still hasn't been refunded their excuse for poor quality was to blame doordash even when I ordered fire wings right after and there was no issue for a fraction of the price too sad I don't think I'll ever order from here again I was willing to return the food too

Service was not very good. Never have gone to a buffalo wild wings, not sure if I would go back. Food was very over priced for what we received. Hot food came out like warm. Wings were not coated at all and fries had been sitting for a long time. Not very fresh. Glass of water that was served had chocolate cake inside as well... Yummy. If you are looking for a decent value, I would recommend going elsewhere. Edit: contacted by customer service and it was no help at all. If you want poor customer service from even their corporate account, head in to this place. Highly unrecommended.

We had refreshing berverages on, fresh and delicious fried pickles and cheese curds, and chicken wings. All while watching the SF Giants beat the LA Dodgers. Service was splendid! Atmosphere was relaxing and festive. We had a great time!
