Horrible experience. My custom made, $3,500.00, recliner has not worked correctly since the day it was delivered. I was quoted a service charge to repair an item that was delivered in inoperable condition. Salespersons are only interested in making a sale, you, as a customer, are a ghost after payment. I greatly regret this pricy purchase. UPDATE: I was contacted regarding the continuing issue I have had with this item. The representative was understanding and very nice. I have high hopes for a positive resolution. More to follow.

John Paul, the salesman, was very professional and explained in detail which recliner would probably be right for me. He had me sit in several recliners. He made a special effort to call the delivery company to make sure I got the recliner in 3 days rather than on the following weekend, which would have been more inconvenient for me. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend him and Lazy Boy without hesitation.

Matt was very friendly and great knowledge of the his store. We went up to buy a recliner and he knew his stuff. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive chair he let us choose the right one. Then just for ha ha's we looked at couch sets. Yep, we bought a new couch. A little out of our budget but good quality and warranty worth the price. We will go back for future furniture needs.
