Macy Fairfield has the worse customer service ever!! I brought two of the same blouses on Friday and when i got home to try which size fits me best, i couldn't even wear it because the cashier left the security tag on it!! I cam back on the very next Monday to return it and because it was a Last Act item it was un returnable. You use to beable to return these items in 30 day but i didn't know the policy had change. So i was willing to keep 1 of the same shirts but i didnt feel like i should keep both because i didnt eve get to wear it because of the security tag. I took it to the return counter and the young girl was very rude as stating you cannot return this. She took the tag off and dismissed me. I asked her for a manager and she refused to call one and proceeded to call up the next customer in line. So i went searching for another person to help me. The call a manager for me, Susan they said was her name but she never came. I decided this was a lost call and i am Done with Macy!! I have been a card member for many years and have always liked Macy more than Nordstrom 's but not anymore!

This Macy's was so much better than Bakersfield Macy's. Found cute clothes and enjoyd the makeup counter. Did lack for sales people, none at the MAC counter for another 2 hours.

I got these luggage on the 11th of this month today the 13th on the first Tripp the luggage fall apart. The macys store not answer the phone and Macy’s. Com. The supervisor carol I’d 91152024 was useless and refused to help

The decorations were beautiful and super festive. I love it every single year. There were amazing prices. Best prices ever. Unbeatable! The quality of the products were really good. It was a same usual great Macy's store.
