Call that Macy's and they'll give you detailed instructions for pick up. I did the same scenario

You should have gotten an email as well, alerting you that your order was ready for pickup. But sometimes im sure (as is my luck!!) Email alerts can get lost in the cracks of the great wide web!! Call them. And check spam!!
