Everyone I've encountered at this business is extremely helpful. No blowing smoke, honest help, friendly employees. I have rented from them multiple times since moving over here. Every experience has been nothing short of great. My last rental had exceeded the agreed time, by quite a bit. They were more than reasonable when it was time to settle up. Honestly, I was speechless how they handled my horrible judgement in timing. I appreciate the customer care they provided. I will do business with them every chance I get.

We really appreciate the people at Newport Rental for their honesty and integrity. We purchased a riding mower and with all the trucking issues, we had to wait several months for delivery. Josh stayed in touch during that time with regular updates. When it came in they allowed us to use a trailer (at not cost) to take it home. On the way home part of the bagging attachment came off and we lost it. When we told Josh what happened, he went to his supply room and produced a replacement part the same day. Josh was determined to make things right for us. Happy customers!!! Thank you!
