This rating/review does not reflect anything about the technicians. They are excellent. Unfortunately, the company is horrible. They didn't tell me when the appointment was made (weeks in advance) that they wouldn't come in if no one was here. I even told them at the time that it was likely no one would be and gave them a door code. So, I drove 3 hours from home, I have guests coming tomorrow and still a broken dishwasher.This is really hurting my business.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I scheduled an appointment 3.5 weeks ago. Just got a call that they "don't have a technician for that day." They scheduled me out until July 2nd. I have now waited 2 months for my washed to get fixed. While on the phone call, they could give me no answers and were useless. I was transfered to the protection plan dept because I demanded a refund and wanted to return the washer. I waited for 45 min for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I asked to be transferred to a manager. When transferred, it said the office was closed and hung up on. What kind of service?? I demand a refund and a Manger to call me. This place is a scam. Never buy from sears.

If you live on the Oregon coast, do not even try to use these people the ad says 24/7 which only means the call center is open. I needed a refrigerator repair on Mar 9, the earliest they could come was Mar 28th. not very helpful
