I'm my opinion Chipotle has gone down hill with service and quality. I got chips and queso, the chips were stale and the small amount of queso was very gritty, not smooth and runny like it used to be. My daughter's loved getting the quesadilla it was flat and very good. Now it's just a block of melted greasy cheese, not good at all. This was our go to for "fast food" Mexican, not anymore.

Currently the mild options are very spicy which doesn't work well for our kids. We have not had great outcomes using the app and picking up food in the store. Our food has looked very haphazardly thrown together and not very appealing.
