Went in for a new ID, photo on driver license is blurry and orange, have went in several times to retake photo since its unrecognizable..do these people not know how to take pictures.. you cant call because automated system leaves you no option but to wait 30 min.... horrible service.

Mixed reaction on this one. Says walk-ins welcome but you get better service if you reserve a spot. Didnt know what i needed to get new improved license. Got all stuff came back had a person help me get new improved license..
Don't have them if you're not gonna use them. Going to the office, will make it less busy?
Next time I'm busy at work, im just gonna "not" answer the phone...rofl

Okay dont worry the online thing rejected my info too but you can go there at random and they will tell you when they have walk ins available or make an apoitment right then and there

Yes they would prefer that you make an appointment. Will make everything go much faster, although everybody I delt with.was very good at what they did!! Outstanding customer service, very clean, rates this office A++👍👍

Go to department of licensing and ask for a driving abstract and they will give u one
I just recently moved here from all the way down in Nevada. A couple of days ago, I just lost my Nevada license and I was going to go get a Washington license. Is there an alternative maybe to prove that I do drive to change my license?

If you have moved to Washington State you must get a wa license, well you supposed to many people don't waiting for their old one to expire, but by law you are required to get a WA license within a certain time frame
My 97 year old mother needs an ID - her driver's license expires 12/21/18. I would like to bring her on Friday morning 12/21, does she need an appointment??? I will only be in town that day.

Hi Sarah, it costs $54 to get your Washington ID card and it is good for 6 years. If you'd like an enhanced ID, it's $78 for 6 years. All applications must be started about 90 minutes before closing.
What does a 2yr old need.? So he can apply for his ID?
