Over the past five years I've had nothing but really good experiences at this bike shop. I feel that Scott and his crew go above and beyond to assist me with whatever issues come up, and perform the work in a very timely manner. Whenever I visit with someone and if the subject comes up that they're looking to get into bicycling, I always recommend Trek Bicycle Kennewick to the person. Since I'm so happy with this place, I will continue to use this bike shop for as long as I can. Thanks to Scott, Garrett, Jen, and the rest of the crew for making my experiences nothing but stellar.

My husband and I bought new Trek ebikes from another dealer a year ago. I was never properly fit to my bike. We made a few adjustments to it but I still didn’t feel safe getting off and on. Just a month after buying them my husband had a bad accident on his that laid him up for the whole biking season. Fast forward to now, wanting to get out and ride since we only had about 50 miles on our new bikes from last year. I still wasn’t feeling good about riding mine. We went to Trek in Kennewick and worked with Jenn and Scott. They were so helpful. Jenn had me try several different models. Still didn’t feel quite right. She wanted me to try one more but she didn’t have it in stock. She ordered it, built it and let me know it was ready. We went back yesterday (which is 90 miles from home). I tried the bike, it was PERFECT. Jenn listened to me and went out of her way to get me on the right bike and worked with us to trade in my bike for the new one! My husband also took his bike for Scott to look at since it has just sat since the accident. He found it had been damaged in the accident. They tried to fix it while we were there but wanted to make sure it was repaired correctly so we will go back to get it. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Kennewick, Wa. We will continue going ti them for all of our biking needs. THANK YOU!

I bought an electric assist bike the first time. I wasn't happy with it so I took it back and bought a better one and I love it. They were so nice about me bringing it back and they understood my situation. The Manager is awesome along with the employees...From now on with any bike issues, we will go to the Trek Bike shop in Kennewick.

I want to join the chorus of kudos for Trek Bicycle Kennewick. I researched and purchased a Trek Supercaliber after many store visits and Q&A sessions with Scott. The crew at the shop have all been incredible, working on my old Gary Fisher to get it trail-worthy and supporting me on the new Supercal and a lot of little gear and wearables purchases. Always professional, always friendly, always patient...and top-notch knowledge and mechanical skills, too. A+ from me!
