As a regular rider, we don't miss many bike shops when we travel around with our bikes. While we have been to nicer buildings that house pretty looking layouts, Markee has a good selection of gear, accessories, and bikes. The service is where they shine most. Whether you are a recreational rider, family member looking to fix an older model, or an avid riser Markee is welcoming. From the smallest sale to the biggest sale I feel that you get the attention you desire. Markee is the best service in the TC.

My husband & I both own bikes, we decided at 61, this summer we want to ride the Hiawatha trail & also do the 3 bridge ride here in Tri Cities. We decided it was time to update our bikes & get the right ones to cut us, fit our riding style and have everything we need on them. We stopped at Markee’s & met Jennifer, she was refreshing, knowledgeable, gave us the info we needed & made us feel extremely comfortable. We thanked her, left & went to the other 2 bike shops in town, we both looked at each other & said “let’s go back to Markee’s & buy our bikes from Jennifer” her personality, her willingness to understand what we wanted & the ease of conversation made it a pleasurable experience. We also felt we had the info to get all the items we needed, up to & including fenders, lights, kickstands, back carrying cases, water bottles & holders along with a new helmet for me. Are they the cheapest in town? No idea & don’t care! The service & professionalism of Jennifer made all the difference! Thank Jennifer & tell your Dad he owes you an amazing dinner after that sale 😎👍🏼🙌
