Update: Raising my rating from 1 to 3 stars because they did replace the flag. But I remain frustrated that after I emailed them through the website, they didn't do anything; only after I posted a Google review did they seem to take action. Ultimately, I can't speak to how the property management performs if you're a renter, but little and big maintenance issues should be handled quickly and not require a social media post to prompt action. Original Post: Sad that they don't have enough respect for the American flag to either replace the tattered flag they're flying or just take it down. I'm posting this after notifying them about the flag a week ago. It's a shame that they can't prioritize respect for the flag enough to even take it down until they can replace it. If they can't remedy this immediately, I doubt I'll revise this review.

They have a Texas flag and a US flag that is torn ends. I finally had to go in and tell the management and she said she didn't know about it and would inform maintenance. And all the people living there letting it happen.

The community manager promised my floors would be replaced in less than 24 hour period (they were damaged in the freeze). They were. I had a couple of other issues and he had those taken care of very quickly. The maintenance crew here is spectacular!!!

I am so used to the apartment complex that I find it my permanent home. The staff is very understanding and accommodating. The facility is clean and green. A lot of space for walk, jog and play.
