Drivers, the docks are directly on mcewan. Kind of tight if there's another truck. Back in before checking in. Kind of on the slower side and not particularly friendly.

My wife and I recently have had the need for trailers to move things from one home to another. Suffice it to say, I have become a frequent patron at U-haul Storage of Lake Oswego located on McEwan Road in Tualatin. In all of my dealings there, the staff has been outstanding to work with. Tomas, Bre and Aiden in particular. They have been extremely efficient, helpful and kind. I had to rent a trailer last minute this past weekend, and sure enough, they answered the phone calling me by name, in recognizing my number. I was able to drop the trailer off after hours and did so without a hitch ( no pun intended)!!! I highly recommend working with the team at Uhaul Storage of Lake Oswego. Their service is terrific! Canceled my storage unit and was automatically charged for another month 3 hours laater. Called the location and was told that the general manager would reverse the charge the next morning and would call to confirm, 4 days later, still haven't heard from him. When I attempted to call the storage unit directly to inquire again they transferred me to customer service and said there was nothing they could do. Customer service then told me that the only one who could reverse the charge was the GM. Which means that the workers had no idea what they were talking about and waisted about an hour of my time. Still have not heard back from the GM, filed for refund through my bank.

Thomas at U-Haul was the most helpful and genuinely kind person. We were in there buying TV boxes for our move and we mentioned we ordered a trailer online. He took us out for a tour so we had a peace of mind that we made the right decision on size. He guided us with all things we need and even asked us if we remembered to buy trailer 4pin lights (we forgot)…go U-haul, great staff & service!

Yes you can leave your vehicle there
We have a variety of sizes from a small 5x5 closet size up to 10x15s. We do also have the option of giving two units to make up the space of a larger size unit and priced as such. Please come in and see Eli or Chris! Theyll be happy to help you find what you need!
If you create a uhaul profile online, you can set up all your preferences etc. and do a online reservation request which gives you the pricing upon completion of the online reservation. It does require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, however the card is never charged, unless you move forward with the future reservation and specify that you want to use the card on file you saved for the reservation. More likely then not, when you start the online reservation with U-Haul, it will give you a coupon pop up for a free month of storage or something like that, plus if I recall correctly, u-haul automatically gives you first month free or 50 % off the first month of storage to boot. As a storage enthusiast, I can say this about what U-haul has to offer vs it’s main competitors ( no name dropping, but I’ll give you a hint..1st word,2 syllables,2nd syllable rhymes with “ick” & 1st syllable rhymes with “rub”. 2nd word is also two syllables, rhymes w Porri
