Their price is a bait and switch. You get a good rate and then after a month or two, the raise your rate by a significant amount. Also, the elevator to get items to the storage level and extremely slow and often you have to wait for others to load their stuff. It cost me significantly more with my movers just waiting for the elevator.

Very disappointed in this storage unit. We went with this storage unit because it had the best price/our budget. Well we’ve been here for 4 months and today I got a text message confirming the automatic payment and it was $80 higher than normal. Apparently they can just up the rate whenever and without notice… Horrible. We will be looking for another storage unit. The location isn’t in the best area/ the elevator is hard to use/ very limited time on the weekends. The only great thing is the customer service of the staff at the building. The pricing increase is just a horrible service and not customer friendly. $80 increase is insane specially with no notice.

These guys are great! Real personable, professional first day there I was parked street level and I was having a hard time getting one of my items up the stairs and without question Greg jumped in and helped me out! Really saved my day without him I would have been there for hours, Thanx guys!
