My husband and I drove up to the facility and were greeted immediately by one of the employees who had the key to show us the unit we discussed over the phone with another employee at a different location. After looking at the unit he went inside the office and emerged in a matter of less than 10 minutes with EVERYTHING we needed to sign. He had the lock and keys we purchased in hand and the transition was seamless. The last time we opened an account for a storage unit in Van Nuys it took us over an hour. We were so pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and speed at A-1. Good customer service, pleasant employees!
