They closed the inside at 7 on a Friday. It just seems so wiered that when you have 7 employees working to close the inside and tell everyone they will only do drive through so you need to leave. I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's hard to understand.

I’ve never been to a place that’s so sad. Every time I go there the energy of the employees seems depressing. The customer service is terrible. Once I was inside, front of the line and wasn’t helped for over 5 minutes. They’ve been understaffed more than not and they continue to get my order wrong. They never have there’s phones connected either so I can’t call them. Very sad. I honestly hope that the employees are doing ok

Do not utilize the Pick up feature to redeem your coupons. I haven't had much luck nor can DT do anything about it. Just order through the drive-thru like normal and mention you have a coupon to redeem. They can redeem the coupons when you pay. Somebody did it for me one time. U can only redeem 1 coupon per purchase.
