McDonald's has been so successful due to one word-consistency. You know that you're gonna get there every time. My chicken nuggets and fries were fine and the accompanying sauces were tasty and plentiful. The food was hot and I could tell it was freshly made as opposed to sitting there under a warming lamp. It's not gourmet dining but when you're in a pinch and need something fast, this eatery does the trick.

I get around lunch time is a busy time for fast food restaurants but your customer service doesn't have to go out the window along with everything else. If I can't see the menu and can't order I need another option than "I can't do nothing to fix that."

From orange county and decided to get McDonalds in SD. I am not sure why but the hamburger had too much salt. I didn't realize they did that. The experience with the drive thru was great and the food was timely. The salt however was a take away.

How on earth do you run out of quarter pounder patties?? They let me ring up my order first before telling me at the window that they didn't have what I had ordered. This is basic stuff.
