Usually it's a certain age range, but if you are on a waiting list at Holyoke Housing Authority you are also qualified automatically. That being said, if you want to live with registered sex offenders, or convicted felons, by all means it's ok. If you want to live there and have a spouse or a child of your own, family members, ect. Just don't put that person on the lease. The office manager doesn't really care. She doesn't do her job too well!!!
