I was completely screwed over in Boston with a storage unit and in a complete bind at 5pm. This storage unit was one of the only close/reasonable places near by that was still open. They quickly were able to get me an alternative storage unit that was twice the size of the one I was screwed over and half the price. I am so very grateful. I rent a 5x10 and it was spacious, clean, easy to access with the access code. Right off the high way too so very convenient for Boston residents with cars. I will be using again.

The staff there are very nice, eager to please, quick to help with any issues that may arise, and helpful with payment problems. I've had a unit with them for 2.5 years now and have never had an issue. 10/10 recommend!

The Merrimack office was wonderful to work with and always responded to my questions professionally and in a timely manner. The 10x30 storage unit was as expected - clean and secure. I rented space there for about 6 months. I recommend them if you are ever in need of a storage unit.

The on premise staff is outstanding!!! Very polite and professional. The company itself I am not a fan of. The company upped my rent three times in less than a year. More than double what I originally signed up for in less than a year! In my opinion shady practices. But I can not flaw the people at the location, they do not have any control over corporate decisions. Staff a five star company a 1 star
