Great storage facility, class act all the way. Staff is friendly, efficient, clear and very thorough with care. Everything is exactly as described. Great place for winter motorcycle storage. We have a couple of motorcycles we store, have had no issues. They enter the facility, have a battery tender attached, covered, and remain there until spring. One bike is blacked out, one is chromed out, no issues with any moisture etc on either of them. You do have to carry your own insurance on them, as the facility does not provide it. You must also call in advance for access or removal and can not work on vehicles there at the facility (all of which are things that are expected). Cant say enough good things about the people (Joelle, the vehicle handlers, and the office dog :) ) Highly recommend. Great family, atmosphere, and storage facility.

We have stored our trike and car at the Vault for a number of years. When we picked up the trike today the battery was dead to our surprise and dismay. We would assume the vehicles are checked during the storage time, however the trickle charge plug was apparently not connected or fell off resulting in the issue. We're very concerned about the storage care now.

Been a customer for 3 years now. The Vault is a great facility that is professionally run. My 69 Caddie has never survived 6 months of storage better. Car comes out clean and without any evidence of little critters hibernating for the winter. Much, much better than Uncle Jack's barn...

I'm in my 2nd year of storing my Falcon trailer In Merrimack New Hampshire. I've always felt confident that my trailer and its contents are safe and stored away. I stored it for the season without having to winterize my trailer, nothing beats climate control. I brought it out of storage May 28th everything was perfect;my battery was charged, it looked exactly the same as the day I put in 6 months ago. I'm to bring it in-and-out a few times during the season which is great, As I don't like storing it in the elements when I'm not using it. I know this location is usually full and booked up, I definitely would recommend you tried to get in here or there other facility which is a few miles north.
