I have lived at this property for two years and loved it. I was then shocked when I received my lease renewal and they are raising my rent by $400 a month IN ONE YEAR. On top of that, they sent me my renewal letter 2 weeks before I have to let them know I’m leaving. I called the office to make sure it was accurate and they said there is nothing they can do. If you want to stay here short term, great apartments. Long term, just know they will raise your rent by insane amounts on renewal and you will have to scramble to find a new place.

I’ve been at this complex for 2.5 years…there always seems to be something wrong at the complex. Power outages constantly, crews always fixing something, etc. The leasing office staff are quick to answer but can be very rude at times. The emergency maintenance isn’t helpful at all for emergencies. AND there is so much theft at this place, police are pretty much here 24/7. Rent is EXTREMELY high. Please reconsider moving here if you value your safety and finances.

My wife and I have lived here almost two years. We have a 2 BR 2 Bath apartment after selling our 4BR 3B house. It is plenty roomy in a great location right off the highway, but it's not noisy. There's a neighborhood behind us where we walk our dog. Two large parks just minutes away. Frisbee golf too. The staff here is great. They operate with a high degree of integrity.. Maintenence responds on a dime to any problems - always here the day of request or the next day. Chris and Mario are good people. Easy place to live and rent is reasonable. The only thing I would ding them on is sometimes (infrequently) their gates stay open overnight.

I live here, quite apartments. They sent us an email like 5 weeks ago that the pool would be closed for the weekend because they needed to replace the filter, that was 5 weeks ago. I called the office today to complain and they said the same thing. They don’t upkeep the property with maintenance, management is very lazy(Not Chris Though He is a hard working guy). They don’t take care about having people happy here. They have 520 apartments for only a tiny pool of 30 x 10 and the other pool closed for over a month.
