Sometimes employees go out of their way to be helpful, others... not sure much! This Walmart has a pretty good variety of items, but sometimes they miss out on carrying so much more.

Claudia hassled me at the registers about a short that was on the same rack, same shirt, 2 different colors and didn't honor it. She acted like she didn't even want to check the pricing simply saying "that's just how it rings up sometimes". Absolutely herroundous customer service and that's coming from a previous Customer service manager from another store.

Busy location, they need more actual cashiers. Nobody wants to self checkout 300$ worth of groceries. The pickup service has improved since the app update a while back. They at least ask you if you're alright with them shipping part of your purchase. Previously, if they were out, you still paid for it and got it 2 to 3 days later on average. You can opt out of that now if you so desire. More cashiers please!

Seriously unkind staff here. Rarely has what we need/want in stock. However, I still spend apprx $400+ in this store weekly. I had a last minute late night need to grab some essential things one night, due to the hurry and the closing announcements, I was rushing through the self check-out. Apparently I missed an item or 2 with the hand scanner, then forgot and double scanned several items. -rushing is stressful- i have a disabled 9 yr old at home and it was 11 pm, she was waiting for supplies. I was treated like a criminal, threatened, repeatedly told I was lying, that I could not leave until I was "honest". I have zero reason to lie or steal. I was held, questioned, berated, and in the end, after I refused to LIE about the issues, it turned out they owed me a refund for the double scanned items. Not 1 of the 4 people interrogating me apologized for the accusations and rudeness towards me. I hate this place now and hope to find a more suitable store for future needs.
