We bought a dining room table, 10 chairs, a bench, and a sofa table from rustic furniture depot. We got all of these things delivered, and we are incredibly happy with the purchase and the entire process. Friendly and helpful sales people, delivery people who are courteous and go the extra mile…it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend.

I ordered an entry table, 2 end tables and a coffee table. When delivered the first time, tables were wobbly and there were cracks in the wood. I sent most all of the furniture back and scheduled a re-delivery date. One again they sent damaged furniture and I emailed to see about getting it fixed AGAIN and no response. Very disappointed!!

If you purchased this from us and it’s within the warranty period, please contact the store to see about getting it repaired; even if it is outside the warranty, you may still reach out to us for the names of people who do these type repairs. If I understand the problem correctly, the most common cause of this is that people assume it’s a pushback recliner and attempt to recline without pulling the handle...let us know if we can help
I have walked that store extensively and that is not something I have seen there. They carry mostly rustic style unique furniture pieces
All of their products are made by companies outside of the USA. They do not take custom orders.
Depends on what you want and how custom. I had pieces in a couple of weeks. Also vendors and locations are different. So affects time as well.
Grate place, depending on what you bought. They do sale real leather and micro fiber . Best thing you need to do is go online too their website and find what you bought and it should say what material it is.
