HAIR in my cheesy gordita crunch! Absolutley vile. Nobody answered the phone when I called to complain, so I just completed the survey on the receipt demanding a full refund. Bleh. Never again.

I have never been to a Taco Bell like this before. The place was not clean at all and the service was very slow. I had to ask for a tile to clean my own table. I couldn't understand how during rush hour there were employees that were taking breaks at that time. Maybe it's just summer time and the kids are working there now. Maybe it will get better when they are in school and you can get some of those working there.

So slow and so rude. Everyone is getting their food before us and no one will talk to you! You have to order your own food. There is food and mess everywhere. Worst experience ever! We can’t even get a refund and leave because no one will come out and help anyone!!! Been here 40 minutes !!! They just look at you and ignore you! They finally got someone to come because a Spanish speaking customer helped us by talking to them and making us help and the manager or whoever is arguing with us saying they didn’t get our order. Now are saying they did make it way earlier but we never got it. This is ridiculous. Next time I’ll drive the 45 minutes home and wait.

I eat here at least once every 2wks. They mess up my order everytime which I usually brush it off. They either forget tomatoes or sour cream or put the wrong meat in my tacos because for some reason they dont take the time to read the order which is fine I've been brushing it off. Today didnt skip a beat they forgot tomatoes and sour cream BUT they are using old lettuce which is unacceptable. The soda machines weren't refilled in the morning. At 11:00am you shouldnt have soda spit at you because its out. Then the topping to this all is that the older ladies that work in the mornings DO NOT WEAR GLOVES!!! Literally using their bare hands to make food!!!! I even watched one lady scrap off meat off a tortilla back into its bin then put another meat in its place! Red flags!!! Food poisoning, contamination, and germs! Needless to say I threw out my order and I wont be back until they fix these issues asap.
