Update 12/31/2021 I went in to get my nails done with my mom, it's no longer dim as it was. I'm not sure if the owner's are the same since it has the same name as two years ago; or if staff has changed. My nails came out beautifully with the shape I wanted; smooth with no bumps. Complete 180 from two years ago. My mom's nails came out amazing as well. I went in last Saturday to get an acrylic set and I was disappointed after walking out. The lights are dimmer than most nail places, so I didn't see all that was wrong. The nails didn't go all the way to the cuticle, there were bubbles and bumps in multiple nails, which made my nails look as though they were done awhile ago. I didn't see the point in going back in. The tech that did my nails just talked to a co worker most of the time. If you want repeat customers take the time to do the nails correctly and converse with them, people have other options. Luckily I found a new place to go to.

I went today as a walk-in customer. They told me to came back in 45 min. I did; the lady was waiting for me. Excellent service. My nails look amazing.

The woman doing my nails was clearly more interested in her next appointment & was ready to just get my nails over with. She hurt me several time with the drill she was in such a hurry. They are uneven and thick & I doubt I will be able to tolerate them a week before getting them redone somewhere better. I feel like if you're a regular & they know you they will do a great job but they clearly don't need new return customers.
