9 times out of 10 chik fil a is top stuff but today they really tried to pass this as a chicken patty 😅 thing barely makes it as a chicken tender.. You'd think someone in the kitchen would say you know this is pretty small, I should say something but nope.

The staff and food exceptional, but today the play area looked as if it hadn't been scrubbed in some time. I asked one of the staff if they would mind wiping it down and they kindly did the bottom windows, doors and bottom rung of steps leading up. In spite of their efforts, it could have used more elbow grease! The top part of the play area has hair, dust, particles and sticky finger prints throughout. If they don't already, this should be a daily closing duty for someone.

Attempted to place $200 wedding party order delivery. Created order, door dash app allowed delivery in next 45 minutes, or next day. Called restaurant, received conflicting information, eventually told to call door dash as no reason they could not deliver 4pm...and provided door dash customer svc #. Called door dash who investigated and advised this restaurant has not given door dash permission to deliver after 12n. Apparently neither wanted this sale.

Today was an unusually slow day for our food. I went through the drive through window and was told to go and park up front for the food. For four meals it took them 10 minutes after getting out drinks. The food was so disgusting gross. The sandwiches were messy, fries were cold and soggy, and to top it off our drinks were watered down. Very dissatisfied customer today…
