We moved in 3 months ago today! The apartment is nice and comfortable. I had an issue with the A/C but Richard the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The leasing agent, Alexis is really nice and she made it easy to move. It's quiet and clean and we hope to stay here for a while. I will recommend to friends.

I recently moved here and it’s a really nice and clean place. They’re having a special offer currently that they give free rent till the end of the year (for November, December) with waiving admin, deposit, and application fees. The customer service at the office is 100%, from Bethany, Jasmine, and even the manager, they were very welcoming and very respectful. I feel very glad for finding this apartment.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an active senior property. They recently hired new manager and she is just Precious. She has been true to her commitments with adding more activities to our activity calendars and has proven to be a person who sticks to her word. The new staff is just a very special group of people and we are so lucky to have them here with us. We have been praying to have someone like her and the others. This month is just another reminder on how dedicated she is with making sure we receive what she promotes. Thank you everyone for doing a wonderful job!

My mother was a resident of McDermott Crossing for the past year. It was a big change for her moving from a 4-bedroom house to an apartment. Almost immediately she made friends with residents and attended the social events. It was so great for me to see her enjoying herself. The staff is personable and caring, very helpful. Resort style amenities, beautiful grounds, the apartments are quite nice. The facility is clean and safe. This is the type of place anyone would like to retire to. Most residents are nice and welcoming and the complex has a lot of activity. Pets are also welcomed. It's a great community, would highly recommend for independent living.
