I have lived in numerous apartments prior to the Grand and this one by far is the best. All of the leasing agents go out of their way to help out all the time. Tyler has been working with us for over 6 months to find a new bigger unit to move into and has been BEYOND helpful. TJ also always is so enjoyable and helpful. The amenities are always clean. The maintenance is top tier - they always come within the day. The residents are super friendly. No trash around the property ever. And right in Legacy West. Doesn't get any better! Honestly one of the reasons we renewed our lease is because of the staff onsite. It's a little pricey, but it is worth it!

I love living here. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. It’s a great location right off the tollway and of course you have downstairs at legacy west. Management and maintenance are fantastic. Very friendly, no issues. Neighbors are polite, and it’s actually a very quiet complex. The gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen. Highly recommend The Grand

The location is great, amenities are great and above all staff, both maintenance and office staffs, are hands down awesome (from personal comparative experience while apartment hunting in and around the area). Having said that, the reason to take back one star from 5 is: the rent is a bit on the higher side even with all amenities considered, the noise from retail trucks at odd hours is something I would do without and lastly the frequent (false) fire alarms due to the retail stores gets irritating. Otherwise it is one of the best place to stay in.
