Stopped on the way home from the coast, and I wasn't disappointed. Very quick service despite rush-hour. Drive thru was patient&polite as my car load ordered sporadically and changed orders. My burger was delicious (I think I'm a Wendy's burger fan now; the BBQ char was better than the 'star jr.' could do). I'll be looking for the auburn pigtails next time I want a quick meal.

Last time we were there, the first bite of the burger tasted really bad. Like spoiled bad. 🤢 Immediately threw them out. Just driving through Coos Bay, so we didn't follow up. We've been back to Coos Bay since and never go there.

Currently love the $5 biggie bags specials. Please keep them. Love the Jr. bacon cheeseburger and the chicken bacon blt bag. Ssshhh don't tell anyone we have the chicken nuggets left over for a second meal. What a bargain.

Ordered on the website. Got exactly what we asked for. The popper chx sandwich is pleasantly spicy with tasty jalapenos. No cheap tricks with the amount of chicken, you get a healthy sized portion that is at least as big as the bun. Drinks have a nice amount of ice. Staff is very polite. Floors and countertops immaculately clean. The food was made after we got there and we didn't wait longer than five minutes for it. I do wish they would change the drink carrier to a high sided cardboard model. Will visit again!

Yeah I agree they do not. I cannot answer that question but it is a good one. I have personally given up on them.

You should definitely let them know you had a problem. My meals have always been very good, very clean, and served at the proper temperature. Perhaps carrying it home with the hot chicken on it could have warmed up the entire salad. And a bug? Eeeww!! Let them know.
