Take 5 Oil Change

I came here (take 5) because in Houston I paid $28.98 for an oil change and thought the prices should be about the same. Well I came in and asked for a super basic oil change and they said I can't sell you that. I am like super nonconfrontational so I took the cheaper option instead of the $90 option. The lady said she could get me $10 off and at that point had already waited behind 3 cars ,so I said yes. The service was fine , no I was not offered water like some people have said. Then I drive off and look at my itemized receipt and apparently I donated $10 some charity. I used an extra coupon and ended up paying 57.26. I'm not going to go there again. I was not asked if I wanted to donate btws.

As always, stellar service and great experience. Jeff stood out in particular for being a great leader amongst employees and keeping the operation running seamlessly. I ran into difficulties with my cars service which he resolved quickly and efficiently. I always appreciate that kind of customer service first mindset. I’ll continue pointing my friends and family to this shop!

Easily the CLEANEST shop I've been to in my entire life, it's extremely impressive. Staff is also friendly, very communative, transparent, and efficient. They had about 5 people ahead of me and still had me in and out in an hour for a state inspection and oil change. Highly recommend!

I arrived for an inspection. There was a line of cars waiting for an oil change. One cool guy, when I told him why I was there, told me to pull around to the side and he'd get me started. I did, he did, and the inspection was done before I knew it. I had planned on going downtown to the tax office to renew my tag with my fresh inspection. It was close to 5, I asked the cool guy if he knew the tag office hours. Yes, 5, I wouldn't make it. But THEN, he told me I could renew my tag (with the green renewal sheet) at Kroger's! I said And they'll give me the little sticker for my car? He said yes, I said THANKS! And then, thanks to Take 5's awesome attendant, I was able to make my car legal at 6pm! Thank you, Take 5!
