I pulled up and had about a 7 minute wait while they finished the vehicle that was in front of me. I was guided forward by a very nice person with green hair. They were really skilled at working with novices such as myself. I’m parked and I’m asked which type of synthetic oil I want, I asked what the guy thought I needed, based on my driving habits. He offered me an ice cold bottled water, a really nice touch on a 100F degree day. Upon further inspection, they discovered a substantial leak and advised I see a mechanic to resolve the issue before the oil change, but they would be happy to top off my 2 quart low oil at no-charge. That’s how they won me as a customer. The courtesy, the kindness and the genuine care was really nice to have. I recommend this business 100% !

I used to like take 5, but I am very disappointed. I went to get my car inspected and arrived when they opened, only they were not ready for business. I waited for a couple of minutes then someone came out and I stated I needed an inspection. He stated there was not an inspector there, but he would arrive at 9 a.m. Ok, I returned at 9 a.m. and a different individual came out. I again ask for an inspection and was told "uhh ... He's not here". I said I was told he would be here at 9. Again he replies "uhh ... I think he went to the bank and we don't know when he'll be back". That was unprofessional and annoying so I called another location and got the call center who I told what was going on and I needed to know if the other location has an inspector before I drive over there. The young lady at the call center attempted to reach the location but no one answered. Wow, horrible way to run a business. Needless to say I went elsewhere, was met with friendly efficient service and a great price. Take 5 has lost my business and I was getting all my oil changes, filters, wipers, etc... done there, but not anymore.

Joel was awesome. This place is very honest and took care of me! Didn't make me feel like a dumb woman that does not know a bit about cars. I will definitely be a regular customer. They are also very fast , not interested in selling services that are not needed like most shops do ..kudos to all that work there!!!!

This was 1000 miles into my oil change I had taken it to my mechanic to check it out, found out my filter was put on wrong. Then I went back there again for another oil change and same thing filer was put on incorrectly and caused me too ride almost 5,000 with no oil but I was told that the particular oil I’m using will cover me up too 9,000 miles. Now my engine has blown up due to no oil and they don’t wanna fix the issue

I would say no..just because thats what your paying for is their product..but i would call and check..
