Oil change was good but when I explained the problems with the windshield wiper they sold me on last visit they told me 3 mth warranty expired wk earlier. They STREAKED on windshield since day one...DO NOT BUY WINDSHIELD WIPERS FROM THEM THEY DONT WORK and they won't help you.

They were like a well oiled machine (pun intended) from the moment I pulled into their lot. One guy greeted me professionally and helped me decide what exactly I wanted. He explained things clearly and cordially. While he was doing that and taking my payment another guy was under my vehicle draining the oil while a third checked the air in my tires and the fluids in the engine. The drain guy was now up top putting on the new oil filter and filling the oil up.I had set a timer and they lived up to their name. He even took the time to turn off the “Maint Req’d” light on my dash. Before I knew it he was thanking me for choosing Take 5 and I was off to my next appointment. It was Awesome!

0n 03/22/2022 Mr. Benjamin Salinas performed an oil change and state inspection on my truck. Unfortunately, Mr. Salinas did not upload the inspection to the TXDMV due to this I was unable to complete my online vehicle registration. I returned to Take5 No 61 on 3540 Forest Lane, Dallas TX 75234 on Saturday 03/26/2022 on or about 4:30 pm to ask that the mistake in reporting my pass inspection be corrected. I was told by a heavy set Hispanic male with purple hair; "that they were quite busy and could not help me." Today Sunday 3/27/2022 at approximately 10:30 am, I drove back to the above captioned store were the same purple hair Hispanic male told me on this occasion; "that they have a 'strict policy' of first come, first serve" for which I would have to wait my turn. There were 6 cars awaiting for service. I tried to reason with this person that having come several days early I most definitively qualified as "first come." He would not listen but turned his back and walked away. I waited until he finished one car and when he then proceeded to start servicing the second car I left. He had made it clear that I would have to patiently spend a good part of my Sunday for him to fix their neglectful mistake. My complaint is not against Mr. Salinas who, although failed to upload the results to TXDMV, was nothing but courteous, professional and helpful. My complaint is against a person who made every effort to demonstrate his intention to not provide me with service paired with a complete disregard for every norm of human courtesy and professionalism. I rather stand in line at the DMV that have to deal with such disrespect. Stay away from a place that brags about quick service when in reality after a week they are yet to fulfill their obligation
