I would give it less than one star if I could. I've been here 2.5 years and up until the incident listed below they have been great. My emotional support animal was bitten by a venomous snake. Luckily he survived and only had to have a toe amputated. I didn't know the exact location on the property that he got bit until finally I come home one night and there is a snake's head peeking out of the bushes next to my front door. Most nights when I come from work it's head is peeking out of the bushes. I advised the front office and they pretty much told me there is nothing they can do. If I could afford it I would break my lease and move tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have another 10 months to live in fear.

I have been very impressed over the past 3 1/2 years with the excellent communication and customer service provided my wife and I by the property management team here at the Westside Apartments. Case in point, I informed Sarah, the assistant community manager here, of an urgent plumbing issue early this morning and the maintenance staff arrived within 20 minutes to assess and remedy the problem. Sarah, as she always does, followed up within the hour to ensure our problem was resolved. Kudos for her and her wonderful team!

I am a current resident and going on day #3 without any hot water. There have been MULTIPLE plumbing issues since I moved here. The bathtub never has properly drained well and is always getting clogged. When maintenance came to fix the issue, I was advised it was the neighbors above me flushing products down the toilet so it was out of their control. There have been at least 3 occurrence where I have come home to my kitchen sink overflowing and flooding my kitchen, and the water was USED dirty water once again from my neighbors. I was also advised that it was out of their control to fix. The kitchen floor has numerous unleveled areas in so it definitely makes me curious how much water damage/mold there is. The water/boilers are constantly being turned off unexpectedly where it literally is a daily gamble if I will come home to working plumbing. It's unfortunate because I do like the location and the staff is very nice. However, when I have reached out to the management company, Greystar, not once have I been offered any type of compensation for the countless frustrations that have occurred. I just receive the usual "We cannot compensate you, it's out of our control" response and for being a tenant for 3 years with absolutely no late payment ever, I DEFINITELY do not feel appreciated to be living here.
