The park is nice but with no parking it is basically a city owned and paid for park for the HOA of the neighborhood.

Stumbled upon this pleasant green area in Addison. It’s a really nice place for a casual stroll or even a quick run on a good weather day like today! The park is well maintained and is clean.. and has several benches along the creek to enable some peaceful reading/ conversations.

This walking trail is a short distance from start to finish. The walking path is in excellent condition with no hills. This is a great trail for picnics and family strolls. The trail runs along the White Rock Creek. There are bench's and rest areas that over look the creek's from the creek's bank. The trail can be very dark at night. The trail does not have lighting to walk at night.

It’s a good place to go walking early in the morning. I wish there’s more ducks and swans by the water.

Sure. The water fountain has a dog spout. Doggie bags are there too.

You can... technically...if you reserve it with the city and have proper proof of insurance. However, I'm not sure this is the park for such an event. There is extremely limited parking, it's a long walk to the gazebo on a sidewalk with traffic whizzing past at 50Mph less than 3ft from you, and the road noise is atrocious even when you make it to the green space. You may want to look at the rose garden right next to the farmers branch town hall.
You can park in the other side of BeltLine. Or, if you like there is a church at the end of Winwood and Celestial. (Lots of people park there.) There is also some parking in front of Celestial park. But, yeah, mostly, this is a neighborhood park.
